Bath #3 in a 2-week stretch (Unless you count the one night I let them play outside in the sprinkler. In that case it would be 4.). It was so notable, I had to capture it on film forever.
This is hysterical! So clever that we can't stop laughing. This is definitely worth a photo card! Maybe we can go into business together...you know, you the clever one and me the one with the flowers. Great job, Melanie...and who cares about the baths? Mom
Baths are over rated anyways. I personally try to go at least three to four days in between each one. It is kind of like a public service --- I figure I am saving water for all of California in addition to being able to sleep in later each day.
Very cute kids, Melanie. Neat blog, too. As usual, you are very colorful and descriptive in sharing your life. About the baths, do what Joy told me to do when Jacob was little....give them a Johnson's Baby Lotion bath. It's easier and smells awesome :)
Bonjour French Girl. Wow, I feel like I've just been outed from the blog lurkers closet. Actually, maybe if you just casually persue someone's blog you are a lurker. But if you've read every entry shouldn't that upgrade you to fan status? Because if so, I'm a fan...or a groupie. I just haven't been to any of your shows in about 8 years. I'd write more but I'm having an emotional moment.
What a creative photographer!!! Four baths in 10 days is about right for boys in the summertime, isn't it?

ReplyDeleteDonna Gisbert! How the heck are you? I feel like your children must be in their 20s or 30s by now!
